Testimonials

“I have to admit it: EFT works! I had always been a bit skeptical about the efficacy of alternative medical treatments and I had never sought any until I found myself crippled with anxiety attacks and severe back and neck pains. I knew that a regular physician would have prescribed pain-killers or even anti-depressants, but these drugs would not have taken care of the root of the problem. So I decided to give EFT a try. After a handful of sessions with Dr. Rausch, my neck and back pains completely disappeared and I was able to keep my anxiety in check. Whenever these symptoms reappear, I can use the EFT methods that Dr. Rausch has taught me to deal with them on my own. If you are looking for non-invasive yet effective medical treatment, EFT is definitely worth a try.” L. P. Dunellen, NJ

Dr. Rausch has encouraged me, by means of EFT, to face psychological issues that had made me afraid or hesitant to perform a task as basic as taking an exam. Thanks to his expertise, his empathy and patience I was able to put these techniques to work and consequently to achieve positive results. While following this treatment, I managed in my mid forties to finish a trilingual graduate degree and to pass a State Certification process that has a 97% failing rate. I strongly recommend EFT and Dr. Rausch to anyone who's ever had anxiety-related issues. Al Moreno, MA

“Some day the medical profession will wake up and realize that unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of 85% of all illnesses. When they do, EFT will be one of their primary healing tools ... as it is for me. ” - Eric Robins, MD

“My doorman told me that after suffering from weekly and sometimes daily migraines since childhood, he hadn’t had a single migraine since the EFT treatment, which was between 5 and 6 years ago. He still doesn’t understand what went on in my office, but is thrilled with his relief.” - Dr. Carol Look, LCSW, DCH

“I have a real phobia about driving in heavy traffic areas, especially with ramps that are elevated. I tried the tapping and drove on an expressway, with ease and comfort, that normally I would have avoided like the plague. That convinced me!” - Pat Pietri

“EFT has been for me, the single most effective technique I’ve used in my 45 years of practice as a psychiatrist.” - Curtis Steele, MD

“The EFT is working just great for me, it is night 13 of falling asleep without the pain of the Invisible Chronic Illness (fibromyalgia) and this is a phenomenal record for me. Since 1991, the onset of this illness, I have not had two pain free nights in a row. You are very much appreciated and a great big "Thank you." - Janet Cole

I love doing Qigong with you, Dr. Rausch. This kind of flowing movement has no stress to it. What a relief it is to throw out the “No pain, no gain” garbage and begin to experience how delicious it is to feel gentle, flowing, rolling, normal movements in my body. I love slowly becoming aware of how each muscle works, rotating and oiling each joint, feeling the life-force flowing in my body and feeling how the earth and air and light are all giving me their life-force . . . Nirvana is being aware of the flow in me, the flow in the world, and the flow between me and the world. This kind of flow has no stress to it. No sitting in awkward, stiff positions with eyes closed, no subtle pressure or outright competition to do complicated, difficult poses. I love moving gracefully in normal, healthy and expressive ways, wide awake, alert to what I can see and hear of the world around me. Awareness and gentle, balanced movements give me strength, not only in my body, but in my emotions and mental outlook. This kind of flow has no stress to it. Realizing how great it feels to move without stress sets my pulse--my heartbeat--to purring. High blood pressure disappears, anxiety leaves my muscles and becomes “let’s see what the problem is here so I can fix it.” And I can do a calming, orienting bit of it anywhere when I feel tension coming on: driving, in a restaurant, at my desk, lying in bed . . . Gentle rotations of joints keep my body oiled, alive, and ready for the next thing: sleep or a new day. It only takes small movements to get the juices flowing. Small movements help me find where the pain begins so I can learn to let go of the muscle tension that hovers around that place, protecting it, but also restricting it. Big movements come later, icing on the cake. This kind of flow—in big movements or small--has no stress to it. My husband and I really benefit from doing this practice together and in your classes, but I won’t speak for him here, just myself: I love doing Qigong the way you teach it. - Donna Wilshire

Autogenic Training

Origin and Definition

Autogenic Training ( AT) was developed by the German neurologist J.H. Schultz in the beginning of the 20th century. Schultz came to it after having studied hypnosis for quite some time.
AT is a technique of concentrative self relaxation aiming at reducing the tension of our autonomous nervous system. In its basic application it consists out of 6 mental exercises. Properly used it reduces the impact of our stress nerve ( sympathetic nerve) on our body by alleviating stressful sensations like e.g. cold hands and feed, headache, sleep disturbances, nervousness thus leading to a greater harmony of our autonomous nervous system. Basically AT can be learned by everybody.

AT leads to the following effects:
1. Relaxation
2. Reduction of nervousness
3. Increase in efficiency
4. Improving ability to concentrate
5. Positive influence on the immune system

Scientific Acceptance
There are a lot of scientific studies documenting the mode of action and effects. AT is an acknowledged and accepted technique within the context of western medicine.
Side effects
Proper learning and appropriate use assumed there are no negative side effects.
